Return Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be received by Made for the Mountains within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Merchandise may not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

Items marked Sale, including all fine jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Price adjustments are not available on previously purchased merchandise.

Online purchases may be returned by mail or in person at Made for the Mountains. If returning by mail, please include your original invoice with your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send your return to the following address:

Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. After your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment and may take several additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Made for the Mountains is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We recommend retaining your tracking information until your return has been received and processed.
